A quite nice karaoke experienced. Large room, large monitor, quite easy to operate the program. Food tasted also nice. The ambience a lil bit dark creating spooky feeling. Overall it is a nice place.

I really like sing a song in here because the lyric of Japanese songs in romaji. But the mic is not good.

The best karaoke place in town. Complete and up to date song list, great food, and the mininum charge order they offer is great. We pay for the nice food and get the karaoke room for 2 hours free. This offer is valid only at certain hours.

I have been to several karaoke places and I think masterpiece has no speciality than the others. It has various foods and beverages menu, especially snacks but the song's list was really limited. Many of songs I wanna sing weren't available to play. Even if it was, I couldn't sing it because the song was broken. It sucked really. And the small room was the smallest between small room in all karaoke house in Surabaya. Moreover, it's really expensive if you counting on their service quality. The good thing about masterpiece was it always had photobooth especially for couple or groups who wanted to keep their moment in pictures

I think it's too low light place. The sound system is not good enough, but it doesn't matter cause the song list is up to date.
