We took 3 beds in one room for family. This hotel will be suitable for one night stay in Surabaya. It has not very large parking space. Room is clean, tidy, very nice. There is a coffee shop available on the lobby but already closed at 10.00 pm. Should be open longer.
Credit for this place goes to breakfast services. It has various menu of meals, cakes, traditional cuisine, etc.
This hotel is very recommended for business trip or for transit purpose, not for long staycation.

Location is good, easily find convenience store and food nearby hotel.

Room need detail cleaning specially under bed.

Service is good except Andik Setiawan Sales Manager.

Helpful staffs. Good wifi. We stay in 3 beds room for 2 nights. Room ok, hot water ok, parking space ok, location ok, price make sense. Need improment for mattress quality, wall paint (stains on walls), and check battery on the door lock.

Great mid range hotel, very clean room, fast wifi, tv cable, and hot water. Plus safety box and refrigerator.
I like the swivel table, very practical.

Aku bubuk dua malam, and it was pleasant and memorable. Room was surprisingly spacious, staffs were friendly and helpful, everything in the room worked well, and I like the shampoo wkwkwk. All in all, slightly better than expected. Thank you
