We were offered a tour to see the sunrise in Bromo, with all included. It was extremely expensive (they made us pay for 5 people although we were only 4, and we had to pay Rp 900,000 per person!!!). Very poor quality of the restaurants we were taken to, the tour guide was making us rush all the visits, little time was given to us to observe the crater, we had a rude and disrespectful tour guide, very difficult to communicate with them due to his poor English and he didn't make an effort to understand us.

The tour guide asked for the money of the whole trip before we arrived to Bromo which we found extremely rude and untrustworthy. Everything was quite dodgy.

I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. The price is not worth it, it is more than we've paid for anything else in Indonesia and it was the worse experience since we came here. Such a pity for such an amazing environment.
