I found this restaurant accidentally, but it is now one of my favorite eating place in Surabaya. The foods are still so Chinese authentic. I tasted the Chicken Rice, and it is so delish. The ote2, you don't need to question it, it is like heaven in your mouth. You really need to put this in your list.

They serve a nice Ote2, traditional food from Porong. The place is quite clean and then price is still OK.

one of the oldest chinese restaurant. You cannot really see the restaurant from kedungdoro street, the sign of this resto is not really obvious. The indoor is so classic and old. But the foods taste is great. The fried oyster is the best.

Kebanyakan yang datang ke sini keluarga/orang-orang Chinese yang sudah lanjut usia.

I ate the notorious ote-ote Porong and it is the yummiest ote-ote Porong I have ever tasted. Since the ote-ote was fried when you order it, the crust were crispy, and the inside were warm and juicy. The seaweed were great and the chicken patty inside the ote-ote was on point! The composition of the seaweed, chicken patty, and the dough was just perfect. I really recommend the ote-ote. And it's not that expensive either. It was under 20k. I gave four stars because the restaurant felt old, and the menu was like really old, I think the menu book was at least 10 years old, lol.
