Clean room, clean bathroom, but no shower cap, only toothbrush and soap
The room is pretty small, but its ok
Wifi connection not good
I can hear other people talk outside the room, they laughed and talked loudly, I heard them clearly.

The lobby at 3rd floor, really strange, and I think a little bit hard to find the sign how to reach parking at hotel since the first I came to the mall
You know, the sign to take parking ticket only "Hotel Drop off", "Parkir mall", "Motor". It will be better to add the sign "Parkir mall/Parkir Hotel", not only "Parkir mall".

The last one that I found it interesting, I have to pay 6000 for parking. This is the first time I stayed at hotel and also paid for parking. Isn't price for the room is not enough???????? I didn't stay for free, you know? I paid to stay, and this is really disturbing. Can't the hotel pay 6000 to the mall parking????

Its fine, localisation is pretty well, rooms have European bathrooms and comfy bed. Just that layout with no window or view to wall 20 further is litttle bit odd

There is no 100% perfect hotel especially in building and maintenance, BUT the most important is how the staff handle our concerns and overcome it. And the Palm Park hotel staff showed they are capable to make guests comfortable during their stay. We stayed for 3D2N and there was booking issue during check in, but Ibu Sisil u0026 Pak Firman helped to fix it at no time. Second day, we had problem with AC and houskeeping u0026 engineering quickly respond itu just second after we call The front office. Affordable price, the location is quite close to the city center, suitable for those who want to stay in a big city but don't want to be too noisy. Altough the breakfast rate is quite high, but the area are full with local delicacy.

the rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. very close to the mall. I get 2 tickets to watch free when booking a room here. parking the car is quite difficult because the hotel lobby is on the top floor. for a quite spacious lobby there is a children's playground and a pool table. access from the elevator to the destination room (corridor) is very far but there is a lounge in the middle. very friendly service.

Personally i think this place was nice and very spacious. You have to know guys that they have a ballroom up to 1000 person, 9 meeting room. So, i think its a good place to create an event here !

A lot of instagramable spot to take a good pic for our feeds. Every corner ! Believe me. Beside that, the services was nice.

The staff was so kind and really helpful . As a guest i m so happy to be here.

Worth to spend a more night here ! Thank you !
