Tasty chicken or duck (your choice) generous portion, fast service, affordable price, good sambal. I think five star already speak for it self. Keep up the good work ????. Keep it in mind though...sometimes they don't have chicken on hand.

It's more like a crispy duck, but it's not fresh when served, not tender at all and too dry makes it like eating brick. The only good thing is the mango sambal that's quite nice, but extremely spicy. For me, it's obviously different from the original place. Not recommended.

Iconic duck from madura Island, taste quite good, but easily run out of stock, but if you are not willing to go to madura to taste this dish, you can try your luck to taste this duck. Another option is to go jalan tidar since they have bigger store and better supply (at least this moment) and you can enjoy other culinary leisure in that area.

Bebek Sinjay is one of the most mouth-watering and favorable dish you can find in Madura (an island nearby Surabaya, accessible through the Suramadu bridge).

However, this place is one way to get the savory taste of a fried duck dipped in whatever delicious spices they cook with in Surabaya!

The crispy fried duck is dry and taste good with the rice and chilli sauce. The duck meat is skinny.

Love the duck very much. You must try the unripe mango sambal. Its really hot and fresh.
