Nothing beyond the expectation of an old hotel, the restaurant is nice, fast, cost-effective, and delicious, the breakfast however, is really humble.
But with my 4 days stay, I never get a changed towels or floor towel(?keset) even if I asked them 3 times and they answered that they don't have any spare (???), I expected a better supplies and better time-effective check in (I wait around 35 minutes just for check in!!), I stayed for 3 days and they never offered to change it!!!

The hot water runs out too fast, past 8pm or if I used it for more than 5 minutes.

The pool is clean, neck-deep around 150cm, and although small, I really enjoyed my pool access room in the 1st floor.
Nice and decent service, though they could really improvise the excuses.

Stay there to have some rest before continue driving to Malang. The only hotel that is available to book in the last minute during public holiday. The room and the service is worth the rate. But the location is great, close to the city center ????

Not bad considering the location is pretty close to malls and other sightseeing places. The room service is nice, free flow water, the AC is functioning well.

The towels seems a little bit ragged, and the hot water runs out too fast. The pool could be better, as it had some leaves and flowers scattered. The furniture also seems to be not in a good condition. The mirror has some spots and the sofa could use an early retirement.

overall i actually enjoyed staying here. i stayed in the family suite room, it’s very spacious and comfy. my only complaint is that the maintenance of this room is a bit poor, for example the ac leaked, some of the lamps can not be turned on, i found many corners that still have chocolate leftovers that haven’t been wiped, and i found 2 used toothbrushes in the shower room.
and also we asked the staff to clean our room, to change the bedsheets and towels. we left at 10AM and when we got back it was 1PM and the room is still in its original state where we left it.
so i am disappointed with the maintenance and the service.

Not Recommended!
3 stars hotel with a middle-low quality.
The bathroom is dirty, too much noise in the middle of the night, also the room isn't well maintained. The breakfast quality also bad. Not family friendly.

My children like to stay in this hotel. The location is not so far from my house and also affordable. The swimming pool is good. We always stay in this hotel at least once in a month, normally we stayed in the first floor but the last time they gave us second floor where there was no fridge. We love the hotel and definitely we'll come back. Thank you.

With the budget below 300.000 rupiahs, this hotel is very recommended. The location is very strategic. The room is spacious too. There are two things that can be improved from this hotel. The cleanliness of the bedsheets and the water running for the shower which is quiet slow. Overall this hotel is very comfy and homy.
