Easily accessible budget stay... Good and informative staff, clean place, all amenities working properly. Easily accessible to numerous shopping centers, place to eat and historical landmarks, also thereu0026#39;s a public space u0026#47; lounge on each floor for smoking, hanging out, etc is a plus point. Perfect for transit and budget stay.

The hot shower was nice and not too common in Indonesia so far. The staff are also kind :) My room was near the reception area and throughout the night someone was watching movies loudly somewhere on the ground floor and it was super noisy and I couldn't sleep. I also had to pay 100 000 as a deposit-but it was unclear why I had to pay it.

. The food delivery in the around was considered convenient. . The water from the shower head is too small to shower, the heater wasnu0026#39;t functioning properly. There is no water refill tank for drinking water, but I once stay in OYO Yogyakarta and they do provide water refill tank. The worse thing is there is no convenient store nearby. The neighbourhood is a bit quite and dark.

Good enough for a night or two Nothing much in particular, but there was always someone at the reception, and wifi worked in the room. Bright lights from the corridor was glaring into the room through the window all the time. It was annoying when we tried to sleep, but managed to cover the window with an extra towel requested from the staff.

PRO:
- Clean budget homestay with AC, hot water and decent wifi (streaming netflix is no problem)
- towel and soap dispenser
- all non-smoking rooms (but you can have your smoking at smoking balcony on the 3rd floor)
- city center location (right behind TP mall, easy for gofood/ gojek to find) only 7mins cars away to Gubeng station

CONS:
- deposit money 100K (will return it after check out)
- old refurnished building, the AC works fine but it makes noise
- all double bed is on 3rd and 4th floor, twin on 1st and 2nd, no elevator but there's nothing to complain about

Mungkin kalo ada lift lebih oke lagi Nyaman , aman dan bersih .Request bersihkan kamar juga boleh .Banyak cerita dg beberapa staff dan sgt baik .
