It is a resort style hotel in a strategic location. Rooms are clean, spacious, friendly staff, the breakfast so delicious. The pool is large with trees and park. Best choice for getaway staycation.

1. Unfriendly staffs
They dont even offer a hand to take our baggage to the car, one of their staff told us that we were on the wrong direction when we stop our car at the lobby but we only follow the sign (he yelled at us) if we did something wrong they must tell us with a manner, they dont even say sorry. When i was check out, the staff didn’t even say “thank you”. While we enjoyed our breakfast, one of the staff asked me if i already register my room or not (she’s the one whose already write our room number and asked me again) thats not a big deal but mam lower your voice, some people looking at me makes me feels embarrassed like i didn’t even pay for breakfast.

2. Unhygienic room
There’s a lot of stain on their bedcover and the sofa (looks so nasty).

3. Noise cancellation
We can clearly hear the footsteps, the chair movements

The room is convinience and spacious, the ambience also great
Although the breakfast is boring if you staying more than 2 days
The staff at the front office dont really care when you passing by, they just keep staring at their computer all the times (many times through the FO they just ignored me, not smile or try to greet).. i dont think their FO respect their guest

The hotel is nice, it is more to a resort style with swimming pool and large open areas (with a lot of trees too). What I like most is the bedroom, we stay in the deluxe king bed garden view room, to my surprise the king bed was very big and comfy, it can fit two adults and two kids comforably. We sleep very well here. Btw the most interesting part is the rate, their pricing is very low for the resort like facility they provide.

However I personally think there are some improvements can be made to the hotels:
1. This hotel interior design is kind of old (due to the hotel was built in 1996). The guest room design was ok, but the main reception area, the stairs, and even the torch kind of lighting need refreshment.
2. Improve quality of the staffs, since most guest facing staffs are intern from college/high school
3. There are a lot of leaves in the swimming pool, maybe a dedicated staff to help cleanup the leaves will be helpful
4. The breakfast was great but I see there are several flies flying around the salad.

Overall it is nice to stay here, will come back again for sure.

The room was dirty when we arrived.
The staff cant serve you a good coffee during breakfast, if you want an expresso you have to pay. The coffee stays in the pot for hours and tastes burnt.
The equipment is old and dysfunctional (one lamp was not working in the room, toilet stop to function and I fixed it myself). Equipment and external infrastructure seems to be abandoned...
We can't make a restaurant bill on the room, we have to pay everything instantly.
In conclusion, it's not so good.

Great Hotel actually… But they should do some furnish there , the building looks old enough need to be polished, even in the evening i can see that, and tv bit small for a big bedroom kinda weird , but am still giving it 5 stars coz of employee service and the ambience of the garden ☺️☺️
