A right place to eat or have fine dining. All ingredients were well prepared and high quality. The acting chef was so experienced, making the food tasted fantastic. Worth every penny spent on this restaurant !

Best teppanyaki in town. Pricey but worth the price. From salad, tofu, prawn, salmon, beef, fried rice finish with dessert, they are all the best and so yummy. The chef is just fantastic and experienced. Want to pamper your family with flame? Here is the place.

The best teppanyaki in town, should come and try the best taste of teppanyaki and the best hospitality.
Very good place to bring families or having meeting with collages and friends.

Nice dining experience, located in Hotel Shangrila Surabaya. Maybe not the best Japanese foods but it was ok worth to try and you will not regret. Like the beef and tempura

Services was okay, but the quality of the overall food should be improved if you are charging that kind of price tag. I came here several times, sometimes it was slightly good, sometimes it was just meh. On a good note, their ocha was free refill, but its 40k ++ (acceptable since its a 5* hotel)

Good taste for sushi and sashimi salad. But unreasonable for dessert, we ordered banana flambe which is should be fried ice cream, but they didn't fried it. Not recommended for this dessert.

Been here a lot for Teppan Dinner with my clients, but this time was an exception.
Came here just witg my wife for lunch Date..
As usual, food is good, salmon was good but I don't know why their Hotate sashimi wasn't raw, but seared. Sashimi is supposed to be raw.
Nothing to complain tho, as expected
