Absolutely love it!
The staffs were so friendly and attentive.
The room was good, no spooky vibe. Hehe
The price was quite affordable considering the service and room quality.
The breakfast was good. I'm just hoping to see more Western food next time.
It's near to many restaurants so if you want to eat outside, you could just walk.
And the building was unique, with an industrial concept. You could enjoy good view in the night from its restaurant.

This is a well maintained hotel. Corridors are clean and mopped. The staff are friendly and helpful. One walked me all the way to the gym as the lift doesn't go to the ground floor where it's located.

The gym equipment is brand new and well maintained. It's clean too. They provide drinking water, a TV and air conditioning.

Breakfast is not optional, so you'll find a good mix of Indonesian as well as some western dishes.

Fantastic hotel, my favourite in Surabaya, the staff are so kind, genuine and welcoming. The rooms are great, the location is Incredible for anything you need,.food, nightclub, park, mall. All within 1 minute walk! For what you get, you can't ask for a better place to stay during your time in Surabaya

I had reunion party here. The meeting room is quite spacious. We all occupied inside. The food and snack was good. However, we have a bit trouble in the sound system that not really solved well. For the future, it is good to have good technician standby in the room, since sound system is crucial in any event.

A best place to stay while you are in bussiness trip. I stayed for 3 nights, and it was worth it.
Rooms were clean and food (breakfast) were not boring, definately very nice. Located at center of the city, you can find any kind of foods, coffee house and amusements only by walking distance.

I will going back to Kampi Hotel, for next Surabaya trip, and it is for sure.

Stayed here for 2 nights. This place was quite good. All the staff was super friendly they helped us a lot during our stay. The location is near the food place such as Burger King, McDonalds, and Circle K etc and also so many local food stalls around the hotel which is good. Near to the Tunjungan Plaza mall. The cons so far we could say is you can still hear the noises of the road at night and no chiller and hair dryer at the room we stayed but it’s not a big deal for us. Definitely back to this hotel when we got the chance. Thank you.

Stayed here for two nights and had wonderful time. Guests truly get what they pay for.

It is located in the heart of Surabaya (a stone-throw away from Tunjungan Plaza and Alun-Alun Surabaya) so you can get places easily.
Their room is spacious, clean. Bedshseet is crisp and pillows are plump. Perfect! Bathroom is clean and the hotel changes used towels everyday.
Speaking of amenities, my room is equipped with hot water kettle, 4 small mineral bottles (we get new 4 bottles of water everyday), a pair of slipper (new pair for the next day).
In terms of health protocols, concierge will ask guest are asked to wash their hands, check their temperature and scan a barcode everytime they enter the hotel (some may not find this practical, but hey safety comes first!).
The highlight is the hospitality of their staffs!

Will definitely be back here next time.
