Religious place relating to Buddha. Good place to relax and you feel cool as there are green. I also relax here. You have to remove your shoes. But maintaining is a problem. Any way do not forget to visit this place

One thing is a must to visit in surabaya, is here. Joko dolog a big Budha statue from 1289 depicted the king of Kertanegara, a famous king from Singosari, East Java that ruled the city in 12th century.

Joko Dolog Statue, located in Apsari park, Surabaya. According to legend, this statue was made in 1211 Saka or 1289 AD in the grave of Wurarare [Lemahtulia], which is the Mpu Bharadah house in the village of Kedungwulan, near the city of Nganjuk, East Java.

This statue was made in honor of Putra Kertanegara, namely Wisnu Wardhana as king of Singosari at that time. He is famous for his wisdom, extensive knowledge in the field of law and adherence to Buddhism and the ideals that want to unite the Indonesian people.
