Joko Dolog Statue, located in Apsari park, Surabaya. According to legend, this statue was made in 1211 Saka or 1289 AD in the grave of Wurarare [Lemahtulia], which is the Mpu Bharadah house in the village of Kedungwulan, near the city of Nganjuk, East Java.
This statue was made in honor of Putra Kertanegara, namely Wisnu Wardhana as king of Singosari at that time. He is famous for his wisdom, extensive knowledge in the field of law and adherence to Buddhism and the ideals that want to unite the Indonesian people.
