I stayed here only for 1 night. I checked in around 11 PM, and there was only 1 reception standby. He was quite polute to me, check in process was so so, I was asking for the king size bed, but i still got twin bed which is he mentioned me already that I got the Deluxe king size bed. The reception was quite polite but no smile, no greeting at all. Even say thank you, he didn't say it to the guest.
Room was good, clean, spacious. Every equipment works wel.
Breakfast was so so. Alot of food variety breakfast, buffee, taste mostly salty, the cook for egg station, mie ayam, etc was only 1 person which was make very messy due to alot of guests on that time. They were not also refill some of the food stall. The servers in the restaurant was not quite helpfull, was not so initiative, and they have less of manner to serve the guest.
So far i cant say the check out process because i wrote this while I am in breakfast.
Hope that they can make their service better, better attitude, manner, initiative, smile. That's actually the basic of hospitality knowledge thank you.
