One of my favorite dimsum place in town. Located on Java Paragon's Hotel 2nd floor. Must order: Youtiao Cheong Fun (the one with cakwe filling), Pangsit Udang Mayo, Baked Charsieuw Pao, and Fried Yam Balls. Dip all your steamed dumplings into the cheongfun sauce and you can thank me later ????????They also serve chili sauce, just make sure to ask for one when you came. Chinese tea is free flow, counted per person. Queue is a bit long especially during weekends and public holidays. Just make sure to come early during these days.

The plates, bowls, and tea cups are dirty. We have to ask for changes. At first they refuse to change and said whether it's okay if they give us hot water for cleaning? OMG, how can they asked us to clean our bowls etc in hot water inside a bowl??? We insisted the changes. Then they change them. Then they gave us hot water in a big bowl to clean the cutlery. But the big bowl itself not clean too.
After eating, we asked them to wrap some leftover food. But they gave it to us with a used plastic bag that sticky with sauce in the inner part. at first I try to clean it. Then the waiter came and asked what's wrong? When I asked the waiter why she gave a used and dirty plastic bag, she denied and said it's new. But after I said about the dirty parts, she went away to take new plastic bag. But not even say sorry.

So.... although the food is delicious, I'm not sure will be back again, because for this kind of price, they don't give cleanliness and good services.

They offer a lot of dimsum varieties to choose, from fritters, steamed, to saucy ones. You can also request for their signature congee and dumpling soup. Perfect for Sunday breakfast with family. The taste is quite good, and not too pricey comparing to the other dimsum restaurants. It's not moslem friendly (they offer some pork dishes so better to ask the staff before coming to the restaurant).

However, there are some improvements to be fixed, such as the waiter's services (they look like in a rush while servicing food and drink, which I prefer to be more elegant and slowly because they are in a hotel area), and the toilet room is quite dark and not too clean (which it should be a plus point if it's clean and bright with perfume fragrance)..

Rude lady at the receptionist, not at all welcoming. Not even a hello, not even a welcome. Went on a Sunday lunch, it was packed and long queues. She said it’s gonna be long, when I asked how many ppl she kinda rolled her eyes and sigh, then counted. I asked how long it will be, she said she can’t determine it depends on the guests. Well I also know that but as you have been working there for god knows how many years, you should be able to give educated guess for the queue. Lady you need to work on your service attitude with customers

This place serves really good dimsum but only for breakfast and lunch, best dimsum restaurant in Surabaya in my opinion. If you plan to dine here on Saturday or Sunday, it will be better to reserve a place first since its always full on weekend

One of the most delicious and most expensive Chinese restaurant in Surabaya. Overall i love the foods here. Dismus is also great.
