The place is nice and neat. Their location is very convenience because it is within Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall, so we can stroll around before or after having fun at the karaoke. The price is very affordable, event for general university student ????. They offer discounted price for certain time everyday, so we can get the best value for money. Their service and facilities are acceptable. Will definitely visit this place again some time in the future.

Need to update the songs more frequently. It is bad that I paid for two hours session with my friends and can only sing 3 songs because their database doesn't have it. Mic sometimes bad as well, do an immediate check on the mic and ask for replacement if it's bad, they should b able to provide it. Cool vibes, cool price, not-bad snacks.

We used dealjava coupon last time. Shorter wait times as we made reservation first (approximately 20 minutes as compared to those who did not make reservation 30-40 minutes). Soundproof system could be better. Food serving time was unsatisfying. We had to ask the waitress twice for our snack to serve. Overall good!

The receptionist is horrible, she smirked at me when i was talking with her. Her responses were very rude, and she didn't seem to enjoy interacting with the customers. Are you seriously going to employ that kind of person? also the room is heavily smelled like smokes, smells kinda like someone burned the place down. It's even hard to breathe inside of that place. The price is also not cheap for that kind of service. Very disappointed and i won't come back ever again

I simply don't like it. Their technology is out of date. In other karaoke place, they would have two touch screen tv. So when you pick some new song to insert to your playlist, it won't affect your other friend who is karaoke-ing... But this place only have some small TV and some big remote, where you can choose the song. Its disturbing, because it would block the subtitle on the screen (smh, ckck). And the big remote also hard to navigate... The place is kinda old, the sofa is looking old. The only positive thing, it in Tunjungan Plaza, strategic place... But wont be back again...

As an ordinary family karaoke places. Not in a bad way but in a good way. Condition was clean enough, staff or ok~ following all the procedures, lighting in the welcoming area quite cool, waiting room also tidy enough. And the most important things is the song list quite completed tidy enough I guess because for me I can find any old songs, korea, chinese, japanese sonh completely and their speaker and mike was ok. Recommended enough~

It's quiet good place for having fun with friends or fam. Surprisingly, it has a film option inside the karaoke machine. So, if you tired of singing, you could still entertained.
