This hotel has so many excellent meeting rooms. We can get a good connection of WiFi u0026 sufficient size of the participant table. There are so many staffs those will help you professionally in here. We could find a lot of variation of the dishes at the restaurant, especially for desserts. But, the variation of beverages are not so many..

Nice room. Plenty of choice for breakfast for both western and local. Super conveniently located beside malls. If you like to run, the main road in front of the hotel has good and safe pavement to run a round the city.

The rooms are a bit dated, but cleanness top notch. All switches, outlets and appliances are working perfect.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Not too many foreign tourist at the moment.

Breakfast variety and quality is very good.

Hotel location is also fantastic. Directly next to Tunjungan Plaza. 2nd biggest mall in Indonesia.

Had a very pleasent stay here.
The room is enough for two person, clean and has a good city view.
The breakfast is delicious and has a various menu.

Located at the TP Mall, first time stay at Four Points.... because usualy i choose sheraton when i visit Surabaya.. honestly the customer services was great and the staffs very friendly.. the hotel itself was great, the room all clean and very comfy... i can say that im really enjoy my stay..

The room was very clean, the staffs are great and the food was amazing. Definately will come back soon

Nice, modern, clean and comfortable hotel to stay. Very convenient to shopping centre. The service is excellent, staff are helpful and very friendly, nothing to complaint.
