One of the best Japanese restaurant in Surabaya which offer teppanyaki.
The taste is very delicious and the staffs are very polite and helpful.
Should try the teppanyaki here.
Price a bit pricy but the ambient, the taste of the foods and the hospitalities is made the price is reasonable.

With a tradition of over 20-years, the newly renovated Imari Japanese Restaurant at JW Marriott Surabaya is the BEST Japanese Restaurant in Surabaya, with no close competitor.

It offers a modern take on Japanese dishes and is famous for its rice bowls, sashimi and teppanyaki. The delicious meals here are crafted with the highest quality ingredients and experience is memorable.

There are private rooms, booth seatings and teppanyaki or sushi bar seating arrangements.

We highly recommend the wagyu donburi ????????????????????????

One of the worst Japanese food I’ve ever tried for this price point. We didn’t try the teppanyaki and only got the à la carte menu, but everything from the service, sushi, udon, tempura, fish and don dishes were extremely sub par and of poor quality.

The waiters would mistakenly give our order to another table and then pin the blame on us. The tempura was soggy and the fish was old. The sushi rice was poorly made. The meat and chicken were mediocre. None of the food fit the premium price tag.

The only good thing I can definitely say about this place is the fast refills of both cold and hot ocha. Other than that, I would never recommend anyone get the à la carte options from here. It’s not worth your money.

Imari @ JW Marriot, one of the better japanese restaurant in surabaya. They serve teppanyaki , great ingredients, tasty cooking. Lots of people do birthday dinners here, and the cheers and singing from the staff is fun.

A really great Japanese Restaurant, high quality ingredients. Service was great, friendly, but professional. We had a really nice dinner and we love the sashimi u0026 udon very much.

The test of those fish so good and sweet, not smell so fresh Salmon and Tuna.
