Old but good! The location is super excellent, in the downtown of Surabaya and near the shopping centre. There are food stalls surrounding. The staff is friendly. My stay in Bisanta Bidakara Hotel was excellent. Love it!

My favourite hotel in surabaya. Due to the cheap price for overnight stay. It has a small gym but enough for me. Small pool but really nice place to relax.

Only issue is that at 6 am i wake up because kids are noisy in pool. So i suggest you to choose a room not near pool

Room very clean. Really satisfied customer :)

A rather old Hotel in Surabaya but has a nice ballroom usually for occasion such as seminar or Wedding. Super duper friendly staff. And even though it’s rather old the hotel is clean and well managed. Not very much breakfast option but it’s delicious.

+ Night security guard was helpful and nice
+ Room was nice. Bed was clean, had fridge but empty.
+ Hot/cold shower was okay

- No bathroom mat?? Come on...
- Bed sheet was not 100%, there's leftover stains
- No electric plug near bed
- Water kettle not clean at all. It seems like have been there for ages, and room boy did not notice if it's dirty. It's a big minus

It was actually very good in its day.. The room not so clean, with a fairly old school interior.. I booked a junior suite room, a quite spacious room, with a thick red carpet all over the room.. The breakfast were so so, with not much choices.. Two things are good, a friendly receptionist, manager as well, and a "private" swimming pool because not so many visitors here..
