The place is nice, modern and spacious but some staffs are the worst. Some staffs are rude and temperamental toward the customer, and not try to being friendly with the customer. The product they sell are nice and the price was fair but they should fix their staffs attitude toward the customer.

When I went their office closed, good service, first tell them to open then review!

Travel agent that sold all kinds of Japan products that we need, the staff was so great, excellent services, and for the price you get what you paid, the products and great services

Better you call before arrival to the office, then they prepare for everything you need and you dont spend many time there. But comfortable enough place to wait if you want to

the staff is not really so keen in answering the questions. standard and tend to below standard
