I was in here last afternoon for visiting my family. Overall the appearance of each floor is nice and is one of vvip hospital in Surabaya.

The staffs are nice. The interior design looked odd and outdated. If you are an avid follower of @dguttenfelder on instagram, his north korean photos are somewhat akin to some parts of this hospital.

One of the 5 star hospital in Surabaya. The price is more expensive than government hospital. But it is worth it, because the facilities is better too. Everything is good but this hospital has one opportunity for improvement, there are call center, because it is hard to contact them
