The hotel is clean, staffs are friendly. I stayed in standard room which is cute and colorful. The bathroom is clean with a fresh lemon bath gel and fluffy towel. The thing is that the water could not go down to the drainage quickly. And the breakfast is great

First time in here, got awesome experiences. Fabulous interior design and great services. The guards was also respectful and friendly, they've manage the visitors from the parking area till lobby safely. Toilet was cleaned and freshed, the prayer room in 3rd floor a little bit small but it's still comfortable for praying. Hopefully they can manage to split between men and women for praying room. There is also outdoor swimming pool in 5th floor with calmed ambience maybe it would be great if you come in a sunset. Don't worry, the food they're served was tasty, love it ????

Clean, tidy, and modern. Like other asscot group hotel, Harris hotel offers nice room to stay in busiest Surabaya. Nice!

The location of this hotel was just perfect. It's pretty much close by to basically everywhere.

Parking was also plenty with parking building attached to the hotel. However I believe it's also shared with Pop Hotel (which was adjacent to Harris) so at holiday seasons, parking situation could be a bit complicated.

Going upstairs to the room, there was an event at the ballroom so going up and down during the event was a bit of a drama with only 3 lifts available. Lifts were always full with waiting time due to the lift stopped on basically every floor.

However the room was super worth it. It's spacious and has a bench where you can put your luggage (or use it as an extra bed ????). Bathroom was also spacious with hair dryer and shower box.

Both the room and the bathroom were clean.

After putting the luggage, I saw the pool from the window, and it was packed. Even in the morning during breakfast time, so many people were at the pool or lounging by the pool.

It was a pleasant experience though as we mostly stay in the room and rarely use the lift.

Oh, there's a coffee shop at the Pop next door. I think it was janji jiwa.

The jacuzzi n affordable prize are plus points. The breakfast is great.
