Strategic place, located at the centre of Surabaya city. Good ambience and at affordable price. The room was comfortable, clean with simple-minimalist design for the thematic room. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Will be better if the management do some restoration for the technology on their rooms. Overall, everything was fine and pleasurable.

The hotel is a little dated and so is the furniture however you get a huge room , good service, and strategic location staying here. I would like to mention a special thanks to one of the managers pak David Rudy who took the time to help me get a parcel sent out. He went above and beyond to help me out.

The deluxe king rooms are great. But after another book, the rooms lower than the deluxe are bad. We had to move to another room because of the AC is very hot. The other room was only slightly better. Still hot, no hot water.

The staff was very helpful especially dewitantri, melati, made all of our needs were accommodated for by these three in particular during the breakfast. The room was perfect it gave off a feeling of a new hotel even though it is aged, the room was clean wifi was fast and the bed soft. The breakfast was varied and delicious I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Surabaya as it is in the city center and close to malls and other attractions.

This is my 2nd time to stay in Garden Palace, I love the food its so various, located in center of surabaya. The staff also very nice and kind, named Ismawati and Sakho Fatun (idea participation). They're really helpful.

The room is spacious, the staff there just nice and their food is excellent. The staff, Wati wulan sari is very nice and good. Gona stay in this hotel again for sure!
