Huge residential area owned by Intiland in west Surabaya, with high average price as it is intended for elite community. Wide street and lovely environment, but very little clue for each cluster. Easy access to public facilities. There is school, hospital, business center, and even the biggest mall in town nearby. The security is pretty tight.

high security maybe a good feature...but..at the same time it's troublesome. too many rules to live there as well... there are penalties for making noises at certain time
