Come to IGD more then 3 time….
The dr and nurse GOOD
BUT YOU ARE TO SHORT OF STAFF FOR THE IGD when there more then 1 patient take extremly slow service patient in emergency …NEED MORE DR NURSE FOR IGD

I went for an audiology appointment due to ear injury and resultant tinnitus and the doctor looked at me as if I was disturbing him whilst sat chatting with the nurse. He looked in my ears for 30 seconds, gave me some pills and told me to leave. No assessment no hearing test. Pretty abysmal and a high price too. Better to go to RS Premier or Siloam . Some of the doctors here don't seem to care that much.

Very great hospital building, but their human resource was super horrible. Not everyone knows which specialist to go to. I don't know why the guy in specialist registration scolded the emergency department registration in front of me? It wasn't her fault, even the general practitioner has diagnosed me and already confirmed that the specialists were available

This hospital clean, tidy and pretty ambience. The officer in drugstore inside is friendly and informative. It also has indonesian bistro for relaxing. The other side, there is starbucks coffee. It really serve the visitor the best. However the cost in this hospital is quite high ????.

One of the best hospital in Surabaya. Nice u0026 friendly staffs after couple of visits for rapid u0026 serology test.
