Impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry. Efficient check-in and clean and very quiet room (standard). The noise insulation to the outside world is apparently very effective. No disturbance from the roadside traffic. Together with the quiet AC and the comfy bed and pillows, this provided for a good night sleep.
I also liked the restaurant for the spacious setting, the variety of food and friendly service. Pool area allows for a different view of the city.
The bathroom could be a bit larger and needs more possibilities to store your amenities.
A recommendable, modern hotel.

Recommended for business or leisure traveler.
Great standard in room facilities.
Nice and delicious breakfast.
Pool and Kids Club available for kids. I think need more attention on Kids Club facilities, the toys and a bit maintenance on kids wall climbing ????

We love the surprise provided in our room upon arrival. As it was late night but it was wonderful for us.

Everything from this hotel is top notch. The check in staffs was able to facilitate early check in for us, with a complimentary cookie. Then the bedroom is excellent, with warm ambience, cloudy pillows, warm blanket, and full amenities.

The breakfast section also offer wide variety of options. The pool is refreshing, clean, and large.

Definitely will come back

Excellent stay. Diamond status recognized.
Nice upgrade and generous welcome amenity provided.
Comfortable room and proper work desk.
The lounge is beautiful with a nice selection for afternoon tea.
However the evening selection could be improved.
Very good breakfast.

A very nice hotel with a great staff, its a walking distance to a biggest shopping mall in Surabaya Tunjungan Plaza, variety of food also good during breakfast, room immaculate and I like the swimming pool its clean and really well maintained. Its a nice hotel for business and leisure. I will plan to stay there again for my next vacation.

First time staying at Doubletree. It feels comfortable with the atmosphere. I like the spacious lobby. The room facilities are very complete. There is an alarm clock, they also provide a desk and iron. This is very helpful. unfortunately my stay was limited, I didn't have time to explore other interesting places in this hotel. Next trip I will definitely come here again.
