Have booked several times here and kinda enjoy it.
Located in city center, you can easily access Tunjungan Plaza, Surabaya Plaza or Lotte Mart. Nearest night culinary is Rawon Setan. If you want to schedule COVID-19 Test you can go to Siloam Hospital or Bumame near TP 6.
24H receptionist and they are quick! my first time tried their breakfast was quite good, it was Semur Daging, chewy meat but too salty

Best citihub ever..here is pros n cons that you must know :
Pros
1.Neat and clean room (like beyond belief)
2.good AC
3.they hv minimarkets on 1st floor, you can buy noodles / coffees
4.wifi good, I can download Netflix even with sum delay
5.good location, very near to our clinic

Cons
1.Hot water is functioning only a little bit
2.I found some creatures (not cockroach) pop up from the wood.
I notified the staff and he apologized sincerely, hopefully when I come back they sort the trouble..

All and all I would definitely comes back...

Suddenly felt the mood to recall my experience when staying at this place several months ago.
The check in process was too complicated and the amount of deposit irritatingly didn't make any sense.

There was a clear glass separating between bathroom and bedroom, so a bit of "entertainment" can be expected if someone is taking a shower. Luckily, the room was (in general) clean.

While I expected a bit "elegant" breakfast, it was just minimalist. The most unpleasant was the staff serving the breakfast...snobby and unfriendly

Stay just for transit in Surabaya. Nice and clean room. Hot water shower great. Unfortunately some furniture didnt works well. Check in and out works very well. Overall enjoy with the stay.

This is the best hotel of the Citihub franchise I have stayed in. Great breakfast cooked by the hotel cook from your choice in one extensive menu. (Payed by with vouchers that your given at check-in - so it is free despite the info say it isn't.)
The parking space is quite filled during the day, but in the evening it should be no problem parking the car here. The ever present helpful guys are also found here and will help you park in some almost impossibly small spot - for a fee.
A good detail here is that its not possible to enter the floors with the rooms without your roomcard, smiling and friendly personnel - a thumbs up for you guys that made my stay even more pleasant!
The beds are perfect for a person like me that sleep on harder surfaces and will suit most Asians - whereas an American will consider them to be too hard.
I give Citihug Sudirman a strong 5 stars, especially as it is a budget hotel.

Among those Citihub hotels I've ever stayed, it was the worst. The check in process took so long. The access is difficult because there is only one way in and one way out. The wifi didn't work and there was no hot water. This hotel really needs to improve its service.

A comfortable place to rest. It's in the city center so it's easy to go everywhere. Last Februari me and my family stayed in this hotel.
