I have been coming to this place until 3months ago. Then i decided to quit and never come back. One of the bad fitness center in the country. Staff only wants to attract sales and not caring about customer fitness goals. PT always on the phone, and texting while working. Manager does not inspect restroom, there is always broken things and out of order. Smells terrible.

For the price per month, it is not worth the money at all. They also cannot cancel your membership, so becareful before you sign up.

The receptionist are super rude and not welcoming, especially the guy with the glasses. Most of them are very cold and do not care about members at all. Example, if you lost some of your stuff, they dont care and just simply gonna say I DONT KNOW, they will not try to put effort on trying to find it. Another ridiculous thing is YOU have to pay if you need extra towel.

Although their gym equipment is lifefitness, if some of equipment is broken or cannot be used, they are not fixing it. They just let it there and just put some Sign saying that this equipment cannot be used for a moment, but they never really fixing it, even after 6 months the machin still not be fixed.

The bathroom and the toilet are incredibly dirty!!! They just want money from members, but they do not provide good services u0026 hospitality.

Went in because I saw a promo online inviting me to do a free workout and sign up for a one month trial. They wouldnt honor the promo and said I could only directly sign up for the full year... lots of other gyms opening in west surabaya now with good facilities and good promos.

The hospitality is really bad. Receptioniat are very disrespectful and show no customer care at all. The toilets and shower rooms are very dirty and smelly. Many machines are broken and have not been fixed for couple of months already. Not worth the price.

One of the worst service I have received from a rep named Arif, had a problem with simple membership issue and rather than quickly helping resolve it helping out a long time member with good customer service, chose to be a robot and only repeating what the computers says. Won’t be renewing my membership and I recommend everyone stays away from this corporate robot of a gym.
