All you can eat Shabu-shabu japanese restaurant, so excited first time to came here.at my Birthday and I order original soup ,.just try your self you will kmow what inside ,i.enjoy it very much hope they can fixed the ice cream machine for dessert

Finally, ice-cream machine is fixed. Last two times it was out of order, my kids were sad. I usually order regular shabushabu with original soup. My kids love hot miso soup. I prefer tasty beef to low fat beef. When you order beef, ask at once. It is much convenient.

An all you can eat BBQ named Kintan, that has four of set selection from regular buffet, kintan buffet, premium buffet, and wagyu premium buffet with a reasonable price for each set. For some reasons I like this more than the others. Its originality shows the quality of the beef, but one with the garlic aka harumi or with pepper on it a.k.a the ribs and gyu tan, they are all awesome.

On the same place, has the same system, is Shaburi, a shabu-shabu place. Each person got a personal pot for cooking. The condiments are placed in the all you can eat area, as well as the DIY dipping sauce.

The layout is good in terms of distance between tables and for people to walk here and there. For 90 minutes eating, I think it is more than enough. Lastly, they have a good vanilla ice cream, and i pour some black coffee to get an affgato. One fair thing here, the price for kids is different. So, for protein loading, i would go here and here and here again.

i've tried both kintan (yakiniku) and shaburi (shabu-shabu). and i loved both! 90 minutes time limit flies so fast. recommended!

TIPS
1. pick the "kintan buffet" packages. very satisfying
2. shabu-shabu are very recommended too
3. just enjoy the food, almost everything here is good. just avoid the "yakisoba" and "chawanmushi".. thank me later
4. bring your "eating partner" whether it's your family, friend, or everybody else. It's so much enjoyable. Trust me. (or maybe you just want to be alone like idk...)
5. i recommend not to order the chicken too much, not because it's not good but it's too troublesome and time consuming to cook it since it's not recommended to eat a not thoroughly cooked chicken

PROS
1. unlimited beef, what not to like?
2. good variety and quality of the other buffet item in the middle
3. unlimited drink too
4. soft serve ice cream are also OK
5. very cozy and comfortable ambience for eating
6. the service are also conidered as top notch. They serve your order extremely quickly.
7. hygiene is very good, you can see the "butcher shop" in a big window glass to see it by yourself. So that's a big confidence on their hygiene side. That's a good sign of a good yakiniku place for me.
8. the grilling pan are usually good and easy to adjust by yourself.

CONS
1. 90mins seems like a blink of an eye

Actually the meat was great, just the service and serving too long. Difficult to call waiter, even there is bell to call, if you are not yelling, no one will come. Also meat served too long. Hope it will be better

taste okay, but the service is very slow, both times i eat here. the rule for the first order only allowed to order 2 meat plate/pax. the first time i eat here. they took about 20minutes. then the second times it got worsen, it took about 40minutes to come, and the place not even half full. really not satisfied with the slow services.

Shaburi Kintan Buffet is a Japanese all you can eat restaurant, located in a big, clean and brand new shopping mall in western Surabaya called Pakuwon Mall. The Shaburi and Kintan buffet has two optionals of cooking your all you can eat meat, either by boiling them (shaburi) or by grilling them (kintan buffet). The price is pretty expensive, but it's worth it. You may also choose to have a wagyu meat, but it's a premium choice so it might be expensive around 400 thousand rupiahs per person nett.
