If you stay for a night, might be worth it since it's in the center of Surabaya. But don't stay for a long time because it's so noisy. No soundproof in the room, toilet is smelly and room is quite small.

Good location for A very affordable price..with buffet breakfast..just across Tunjungan Plaza.. definitely worth the price.. but they need to mantain the room facility more, my room Air Con stopped working after a while and i have to restart it again and again for the whole night and it seem they cant fix it..so i gave up calling them ????.. luckily its quite cold outside, otherwise i might ask for a change of room..still great location, great food, great price..????????

Good place for a quick crash. Very close to Tunjungan Plaza mall by walking distance. The staff are friendly, including the security. Would be better if they prioritize the room cleanliness as well, I found out they put used sheet and towels in the room.

I expected more from this hotel since the location is really excellent. Tunjungan Plaza is just across the street. There are coffee shops with nice vibes surrounding too. There are some fast food restaurants surrounding. Unfortunately, this hotel still opens the rooms only in the first floor, so the view is not really exciting. The parking lot is too small and hardly could I find a place to park my motorbike. Moreover, the internet connection and the TV channel quality were not that good

Generally it is Ok. Location is great, but they really need to think about the bedsheets, so they have very good stuff

This hotel need to have more effort and good will to manage parking space. Just imagine that entrance access are blocked by two cars that parked in the lobby entrance access. Just wondering, you have such emergency situation and need to evacuate critical patient, from my personal experience i need to wait more than 30 mins so that i could pass this tunnel, what a shame and have none sense of preventive one.

Nice hotel, and strategic location, recommended if you have meeting in central area, or just want to go shopping in Tunjungan Plaza. Foods are decent, but lots of food around the vicinity. In the end this hotel is also recommended for you that looking for nice hotel with reasonable price located in strategic area of Surabaya.
