Great chicken as always, chicken is tender, tasty and great portion. Place is located in front Tunjungan plaza so you can see traffic outside, that's make me fell comfy.

I have pointed the greentea latte hot on the picture and I asked for the hot one but the waitrees give me the iced one. I was complain and ask for the hot one, I was not in the good condition thats why I need the hot one but you know what the waitrees said? "cannot be changed because its already served" I already a little bit upset and ask for adding one more greentea latte hot. After she make it, I pay with card because I have not much cash. She said they only accept cash. Then I need to ask my friend additional money for that. So terrible~ bad service ever as a junkfood resto.

One of the first food vendor in Plaza Tunjungan 1.. need to refurbish the place, redesign the interior, fix all dirty and old furniture.. then you could compete against others

Decent fastfood but pricey. Place has bad cleanliness, with dull ambience. The service is unpleasant, really bad staffs.
