Clean hospital but waiting time is over the limit. Cafeteria is not present and drink machine either. Car park easy to access the hospital.overall clean Every where and staff is very helpful. You can relax like in a hotel!!

Right now, RS Adi Husada Undaan is the only private Hospital that can be considered as a Cancer Center.
Friendly, Helpful and Attentive personnel.
They have a cozy Excelso cafe as a waiting place.
Need more ATMs, especially from Bank Mandiri, and if possible adding another from Bank Central Asia.

It's a kind of old hospital but if you wanna have loose visits you might consider this hospital as an option. You just need to hand in your ID card and you may visit the patient outside the regular visit schedule.

This hospital need to teach the doctor attitude to respect the patient...usually go to this hospital but after the last visit definitely not coming back

Register for IGD (emergency) then told to give the paper to doctor inside IGD room, after entering IGD room, the doctor just shout to wait outside without taking the paper, after waiting for 1 HOUR, we enter the IGD room again and ask why took so long to wait. Then they appologize for misscomunication, the right prochedure was gave the paper then wait to be called on the loudspeaker.. waiting for the medicine took 1 hour (it was 11pm, the hospital wasn't crowded at all).. for those who read this, better go to another hospital

my dad have been done d operation here for cataract. alhamdulilah .. done good. the doc who cared him was nice. so carefull and humble. thank u doc. rest room here look clean. this hospital has patient's waiting room and there was dispenser, tea bag, sugar sachets, and milk coffee with sugar. so, family's patient can to enjoy drinks. but... the staff of administration here isn't so excellent and fast response. I run there ???????? then run there. ufff .. tired. they should do their task properly.

I was in Surabaya in early September. I was a member of a small tour group.

We stayed at the Hotel Majapahit.

I went for a walk to look for a particular laneway (kampung) as I wanted to find a man who had helped me on my previous visit in 2014.

I hit my head on a low overhanging roof and cut it. I returned to the hotel where the staff were extremely caring. The hotel medical staff gave me first aid. They provided a car and a driver, Fadli, who drove me to the hospital.

At the hospital I was given a very high degree of care and attention. The hospital is a first-rate establishment.

I did not have sufficient cash with me and my credit and debit cards were in the safe in my room in the hotel. Fadli very kindly loaned me the difference from his own pocket. He drove me back to the hotel where I immediately repaid him. The hotel staff also ordered the medications that I required and had them delivered to the hotel.

I was supposed to return to the hospital to have the bandage renewed. This was a problem as the tour could not wait. The hospital staff and the hotel staff conferred.

The hotel's medical staff changed my bandage before the tour left on the next leg of the journey.

I am deeply grateful to the staff at the hospital and at the Majapahit Hotel for the wonderful care they took of me.
