Well, I love the scenery from the resto since it's on the top of the hotel. You might be able to see Jakarta skyscrapers in the night which look stunning! Yet, no at all for food!! I had iftar there and many foods are empty even I arrived 30 mins before iftar. Moreover, the foods are almost the same.. i event didint get small cake for dessert and they changed it to be fruits like salad (there is also fruit) or dessert made from foods that we didnt eat it.. sorry, but no repeat order!

I ordered two rooms for connecting room. I put the request on notes and also reconfirmed it by phone one day before arrival, and they said that it was available. When we arrived, the rooms were not connected, and the definiton of “connecting room” is not a door connecting the rooms INSIDE, but a door outside the rooms to make it more private. I mean, if it was the case, just let us know, because of the difference of the common knowledge of connecting room. What made us more dissapointed was, Mas RIFIN as the receptionist didn’t even said sorry about the problem, and be ignorant about it. I will never stay here again. 1 star rating.

Great experience. First time booked a hotel in Manggarai area. reason being its walking distance to the rail station for airport line

Been couple times here for short getaway, friendly staffs, good service, poor location, budget friendly, nice hotel and room design, cool rooftop cafe. Will share some pictures next times.

They phoned me at 1 am asking for what time my breakfast should be served. I said at 7 am. In the morning they asked me again about the menu. My breakfast was ready at 7.25, but I refused to eat it becuase I was in a hurry to the airport. Sad story!

Book for quarantine stay
First night didnt send dinner untill i make a few call..
Second days didnt even know we are quarantine didnt even send breakfast..
Will wait till end of days to update my review..
No outside food is allowed and didnt send food as promised..
If u r looking for quarantine stay better stay away from this hotel!
