Very slow service, the cashier didn’t provide the invoice after payment. She didn’t asked me whether I need the copy invoice or by sending e-receipt to my email. Waste my 3 hours time only for one appointment. Won’t never visit here again!

Managed privately, still (I guess), it is a busy hospital with manual services to clients. However, the strength of this hospital is that it has a solid and good team of medical doctors as well as specialists who are all still in their very productive-golden age (less than 50 years old, mostly). Growing very well for its collaboration with the Government (through BPJS - Kesehatan programme) since quite some time, the management shall also consider online services, apart of reconstructing the building which is still on progress when I write this text . . . ????

Bad service, poor facilities and very slow in handling things. My infus liquid has finished and I've called the nurse to change it, and no one came, for about 40 mnt I've waited, and made a call again but no reply and this call has to made from mobile phone as they dont have land line phone in the room, not even an intercom or a normal bell to call the nurse like in most hospital. and the blood was starting to come out in my infus pipe. So i went down by myself and asked to check out. And I found out if I check out on my will then my BPJS did not apply. So I have to pay things on my own.

I am very disappointed with the hospital service. It's been more than a few weeks since my mother in laws were scheduled by a Tumor surgery doctor. Then came the day of the operation, hospital told rapid test and than the result is reactive. Oke, Then told to swab and than the result is negative, after which the hospital tells Rapid test again and then tells to take a swab test again and again... Oh, my God. This is my mother in-laws' tumor has enlarged and should be given immediate assistance and operation. Please make it easier to us. Don't be complicated becouse we've done everything according to procedure.

There's nothing wrong with this hospital. And they have a healthcare package like birth surgery at a reasonable price. I once got a puss, and get a simple treatment here. And it cost me Rp400,000. Not recommended if you have a tight budget and don't have healt insurance.
