A new cozy coffee shop in South Jakarta, namely Wake Cup coffee, serving coffee's , Gelato, pastries, also main course such as local food and western food like salad, snacks and so on. Its good place for hangouts or meet-ups with friend, there is smoking and non smoking area, parking lot is available. I loved salted egg noodles, its so yummy. We had a great time during an meet-ups here with my friend. Thank you Wake cup for the good services. Till we meet again.

I took my family, including my 3 year old daughter here. When we entered it was very smoky. We asked if they had a non smoking area and were told this was the non smoking area. We asked if the could open the door so we could actually breath but they refused. We left and won’t ever return. No customer care at all.

I would normally give it 5 stars as their coffee is really good. I also like their interior and atmosphere. BUT... They allow their customers to smoke inside which totally disqualifies the place for me. On top of this they note restricted their wifi access that you have to reveal personal information. Will not come again as long this is in place.

The place is chic and cute. Though you wouldn't get any reception inside. Though it has air conditioning, the place is fairly hot.

The reason people complain smokiness on this place is because the smoking area which is on the second floor has bad air circulation, so the people smoking above will open the glass door and all smokes will flow down to the non smoking area. Owner take notice, you need to fix the exhaust valves on the second floor, or at least keep a window open. Besides that everything else seems okay.
