Trying to see a specialist but no one was available at 8 am, so saw the doctor on watch instead. The doctor was rude and doubting my observation for days just because she couldnt see the problem in the first place. Treatment was rough, I think I ended up hurting my tongue as she pulled it very hard blaming my anatomy (just like a movie where I was a caught spy and being interrogated????), and worst the issue persisted.
Will never come back.

I went there to get a second opinion on my hearing issue. I went with a Pure Tone Average test result. The doctor on standby simply looked at the result and said that I need an instrument and referred to a supplier - without looking and analysing my ear. He was rude and lazy. Felt like he was trying to brush me off easily. And guess what - it's Rp410,000 for a simple 5 min walk in. The good doctors have left this place to other rumah sakit. The current doctor that saw me is ****. Please avoid this RS at all cost. Unless you feel like wasting away $$$.

Update: I recently went to a ENT specialist in Dubai and I discovered that I have an acoustic neuroma that has been growing in my ear. I was advised to remove it though it is benign but not harmless. So if you’re thinking that you have a hearing issue on one ear where there’s constant ringing and a loss of hearing, go for an MRI scan and see if you’re okay. Don’t be like this doctor in Ciranjang. What an idiot.

Dr Zanil really did a great job!
Before I acquire the medication, he checked my ears and did an endoscopy to convince me about my ears condition. Subsequently, he directly gave me medical treatment to clear my ear. Along the action, he always ensure that I was comfortable through the process.

If you intend to come to this place please have an early reservation and I absolutely recommend dr. Zanil Musa.

A bit pricey but reasonable, with a good service and excellent hospitality!

We need appointments for any out-patient issue. Now, I'm accompanying my wife for ear inspections. In general, this hospital is fine, clean, and visitors friendly.

Don't bother going to this place. Exorbitant fees for poor service. 5 mins visit where the ENT specialist looked into the ear, prescribed some antibiotcs and the cost came to IDR 700k!

Offers your convenience for ENT solutions. Good administration performance from officers u0026 operators for a ENT Hospital Specialist in Indonesia. Shame still producing negative testimony from the patients.

The doctors are good. But, the cashiers and receptionists i dont how to say... but they are so slow and very poor service
