The emergency service is too bad. I need to wait for more than an hour even I register for emergency service. If you have emergency situation I suggest you not to go to this hospital, it could get even worse I’m afraid.

Layanan UGD nya sangat buruk. Yang kondisinya lg gawat bisa lebih gawat deh, nunggunya lama cuy. Padahal daftarnya di UGD.

Poor administration service and judgemental doctor. I have swiped my insurance card and have gotten printed confirmation letters which should be more than enough to indicate my presence. However the attending nurse didn't call me at all and excused that it was because the admin officer didn't pass my form. I waited for 1.5 hours then i realized that the doctor has left the polyclinic when a janitor locked the room from outside (The waiting desks are facing back the room). Thankfully the doctor was still at the hospital for some in-patient visits. In addition to this administration error, the doctor turned out to be so judgemental. He said i was just making up the case, he said i am a psychosomatic only, that the physical pains are because i am making it up over stress feeling. I went to other doctor in the following day and turn out it was a chicken pox. That was an awful experience and i will assure that it was my last visit to tria dipa.

in igd very slow in handling, very bad administrative communication. the nurse is unfriendly and lacks knowledge. incomplete medical equipment.
