been here 3 or 4 times. always been my go-to place to stay since the first visit. friendly staff, homey vibe, green scenery, and minimal noise. my favorite things about this place are the vinyl floor and the balcony! it's totally worth the price, probably the best in its class.

definitely will go back here in any given chance!????????

I liked it because the room was quite spacious and it has a large closet so u can put your clothes and your belongings there. The bathroom was big enough but the shower didn't work properly -it was clogged. And the best part of the room was the balcony, it's a small one but at least i could smoke even they gave me a nonsmoking room.

The very important thing that they need to improve is the cleanliness. The dust on the cabinets, yellow stains on the toilet as well as the sink, trashes on the balcony floor, also they need to change the bath mat more often.

Spent 2 days in this place. Price was very cheap. Stayed in 3th floor (the floor for daily room rental ). A Quite exhausted to bring your stuffs, but you can ask for the staff's help. I love the bed, brought me a good deep sleep. The location is safe and not far from PIM.

Comfortable stay with proper amenities given the budget rates. Would rate it 5* but unfortunately during the 2nd night of stay, I heard some guests were having a fight in another room at midninght. It was so loud and bothersome like they were really the only guests there. Meant to double check with the front desk upon checkout but I did not bother.

Untuk tempat, lihat aja gambarnya ya guys..
Worthy bgt untuk harga under 150k per night.
Another plus point is, receptionist dan staff yg sangat friendly.

To be considered :
- Slow internet/wifi connection.
- Limited socket, so you might want to bring your own colokan tiga hehe.
- Heat water available, but hard to control to get the perfect temperature.

Nice to have an affordable residence from app order. Half of normal price.

Clean dan neat room. Friendly staff. And, syariah is the most important.

Want to stay here again next time..

Nice place, but in rooms linen is not proper, and need to have improvement.
In lobby level you can get a cup of coffee in coffee shop, taste of the menu is okay..
Overalls just in linen must have a improvement plan. Other is good
