This review is directed at Coffee Bean at PIM 1, not PIM 2.

The service is absolutely horrendous. The waiter (which I presume to be the manager, since he freely berated other staffs) is so unfriendly. You can’t also cancel orders even though you haven’t make payment because somehow “it is already on the system” even though no payment is made yet.

Other staff are really different and are really friendly.

The drinks and the food is what you expect from other similar stores: quite expensive and taste adequate.

Place have great 50% discount if you use Bank Mega credit cards.

Good place for chilling u0026 meeting. Good prices but if you have Bank Mega card, you get extra disc. It's a good deal. Baristas u0026 crews very helpful, good service. I always ordered their caramel macchiato, even it blended or hot. Taste so good.

Serves standard CBTL fare, drinks and meals. The all-day dining options are well-prepared and quite filling. Pastries and cakes are satisfying as well. Bank Mega Card users get super sweet deal up to 50% off, which makes it very worthwhile. Service is good, staff are really helpful. However, there's a relative lack of power outlets. The place is more suitable for gatherings than working on a laptop.

Favorite place to have Chai Latte, Cafe Latte and Chicago Cheesecake. Good service and they even notice what is your favorite

Its not my favorite nor the best option but in here at least they have good atmosphere. So its nice to try

Our favorite spot when we have to go to PIM. 50% discount for payments using Mega cc. The coffees are great, the food are delicious.
The place is perfect for group. There's a smoking room. But they lack power outlet to charge our laptop/cellphone.
