This review is directed at Coffee Bean at PIM 1, not PIM 2.
The service is absolutely horrendous. The waiter (which I presume to be the manager, since he freely berated other staffs) is so unfriendly. You can’t also cancel orders even though you haven’t make payment because somehow “it is already on the system” even though no payment is made yet.
Other staff are really different and are really friendly.
The drinks and the food is what you expect from other similar stores: quite expensive and taste adequate.
Place have great 50% discount if you use Bank Mega credit cards.
