It was an excellent experience for our family. A very clean room with wonderful city view and the great services from all of the staffs, right from the moment you stepped out from the car until you enter your room. They were all very helpful. Especially the hospitality and detailed information that we got from Nathalie, the Front Desk Staff. She made us feel so comfortable and well informed with her warm welcome.
Can’t wait to have another experience at Intercontinental Pondok Indah Hotel in the future.

Forgot to take the photos as it was a busy day. I stayed for two days here. And my response is great!
The service is excellent, they will always try to fulfill your needs. The breakfast is superb. A lot of Indonesian and international food is available. I have tried an authentic english breakfast before, and what they have here is quite similar to the one in the UK.
Overall, I am pleased to stay here.

Stayed here several times. One time I had a room with a good view to the road, and another I can only see a roof top of the next building. The soundproofing is really good. Breakfast was over the top but taste-wise it may not be suited to the regular Indonesian palate. Our host during breakfast was Cindy. She was very hospitable and served us coffee and pastry to go, thank you!

I was accepted by hotel receptionist called 'Dylan' if not mistake. it is fast process, and smooth. the room already prepared before because I see a welcome card inside room. the receptionist help me adjust the tea into TWG vanilla taste, because that usually I drink. He says that taste usually for suite room. He gave me pair vanilla tea taste. On night, the room service come to my room, ask if I need extra drinking water. that's good. but on second night, there is no such extra drinking water anymore. I'm not sure if it is standard room service or not. please explain. another is complimentary welcome drink, I use to 5 stars hotel in another chain, some hotel allow me to order almost all kind of welcome drink that in menu, except for wine. it is really strange if intercontinental doesn't provide similar experience.

Overal the room is good, the staff is good. It is not just I don't try the breakfast, because it is in fasting month.

We spent two nights here. The room was super clean. The breakfast at sugar u0026 spice was excellent. The staffs were attentive and really friendly. Wide variety of food options. The brunch was too good too miss out. Definitely will come back.

The hotel is super nice. It was a very great experience for you if you want to spend the night comfortably and also cozy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I love that they use vegan friendly toilettries, plus they smells good ! ????????

Had a very happy experience visiting the hotel. The colorful ambience brings so much happiness and joy to me. It placed in the strategic area also. Mall and shopping area are accessible from the building. But the first and foremost for me is the food. It all taste freakin’ good!!! I had a good suhoor experience in the last Ramadhan. Also, people there are so nice. Unfortunately, i got bad time using the elevator. The card won’t work properly, i don’t know what’s the problem but it happened to me like 3 times. But it’s okay since their hospitality cover it. All of the workers are very nice helping me. Thank you! Will be back soon.
