I used to eat and enjoy coffee in Tanamera franchised outlets. The coffee is usually good, as well as the food, worth the quite expensive price. However, in this particular outlet, the experience was not quite satisfying. They took more than 30 minutes to serve Caesar Salad, with the excuse of not having enough staff, while I could see that the place is quite empty.

When it was finally served, the Caesar Salad was not like I expected. Only a few lettuces, small shredded dried meat cubes, shredded chicken meat, dried cheese and a sweet topping. Nowhere near the Caesar Salad as we know. I've been enjoying Caesar Salad in many places, but I never saw such a simple salad called Caesar Salad like this.

I raised these issues to the waiter and was responded with apologies.

I could say the food and the service quality of this particular outlet of Tanamera should be much upgraded if it still want to carry the brand name 'Tanamera' which is associated with high quality cafe with premium price.

In this outlet, the price was indeed premium, but the food and service quality was disappointing, hence it didn't deliver value for money. Beside that, the inside room was quite dusty, caused one of my friends to cough and sneeze due to his allergy to dust.

I don't think I want to come back and I don't recommend to come to this outlet unless they have upgraded their food and service quality as well as made their room cleaner with better air quality. Hope the management of this particular Tanamera outlet could take this as positive feedback and make improvement.

This spot gives extraordinary service, coffee, and yummy meals aswell. One of my favourite coffee shop around town.

Excellent coffee served by very hospitable staff. The location was cozy, had good wifi and seating was adapted for social distancing. Overall, a very good experience here.

The place was easy to find. The ambience also super nice, it was warm, cozy, and not crowded. The semi outdoor space wasn't hot at all. The thing is, Idk if this is just me or not, the electric socket in the semi outdoor space couldn't charge my gadgets.

I got caramel latte, but at first it was a bit too sweet for me. But as soon as the ice melted, it was REALLY GOODDD. God I love the taste of their coffee. And you should try their fried bananas, LOVE the caramelization and the crispiness. It managed to stay crispy for almost 3 hours.

the coffee was good, well delivered by the barista. the ambience is so good, you can work, you can chit and chat. the minus is the lightning, a bit too dark. they roast their own beans and use slayer for produce espresso and mythos grinder. high end equipment. the motorcycle park ticket is a bit expensive. located beside the hotel monopoly, you should find this place easily
