Just amazing hotel!
The building, the room, facilities and surely the food are just fantastic!
Can’t complain for a great city hotel for business u0026 also family leisure.
The one u0026 only, Pak Adi Prasetya, the warmth u0026 brilliant guy from the sales assisted me experiencing the good service of overall breakfasting moment last few days. Rooting for that such work!

Me and my sister stayed for 3 nights. On out first night, many things in the room need to be fixed. We told them in the next morning, and they were able to fix most of them, they still missed one thing. One of the hanger need to be replaced as it’s broken and has a sharp end. I told them about it, but it didn’t get changed until our last night. We also supposed to get box breakfast as we mentioned when we checked in because we have early flight, but it wasn’t prepared. We waited for 15 minutes and it’s still not ready yet. We had to leave so we don’t missed our flight. The only thing I like the most about this hotel is that the view from my room. We stayed in 17th floor and the view was great.

Love the view. Our room is swimming pool view. Food is yummy except for you have to pay for cappucino. Well, maybe because the price is quite cheap. I have been in padma hotel, they serve the cappucino for free ???? Service is good except when I ask tissue because we almost check out it didn't arrived so yeahh..even though only a tissue, we need tissue though because we already paid for the room.

The room is clean, the pool views is just amazing, the food fantastic, and the service is exellence ???? Special thanks to Mr Saiful Firdaus ( front office manager ) for very kindly let us stay until 16.00, knowing our flight to Denmark is 21.30.
Really recomnded to stay in this beautiful and fancy hotel. See you next year ????

I stayed 2 nights in 15th floor when I have meeting in Swiss-belhotel epicentrum one week ago, room was clean, tidy and complete amenities. Bed was presentable. I think there is a progress than 3 months before, I stayed was redicoulous and so dirty at the time. But I don't know water was bed smell strengly I took a bath, please repaire it. Breakfast was good taste and enough variety. There is a progress but need some to improve. Thank you for the service.

We had a great stay, and we also held my brothers wedding at the hotel venue. Amazing catering services and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, nice clean rooms and very nice service mines personal. the breakfast was in my eyes very small. but I'm used to Sweden big breakfast at hotel. The swimming pool was good ????. Also Thanks to the personal that helped me to print out some documents
