Very rude staff (Mrs. Ev*) and incompetent medical officer (Dr. Rati*). I visited for medical checkup, and there was several misunderstandings that caused me to cancel the examination. The staff explained poorly, some with misleading, unjustified facts that they had to cancel over 5 persons appointed for medical checkup on the same day. When I asked for explanation, both Mrs. Ev* and Dr. Rati* were very rude, and said that I was wasting their time despite the clinic being empty of patients. Do not visit here if you're not a foreigner, as they will treat you differently but charge you the same.

Doctor try to sell/create panic to patient too much , everything she said lead to cancer and can not live your life normal. It may work with some people but not me. Doctor always try link everything of my symptoms to worst scenario ( Cancer, Die ), and avoid to live your life. I do not believe that Doctor can do as she said as well,
SOS cipete is better.
I will consider change place to consult next time.

This clinic is too much overpriced for any kind of service.
I had have to make some dental work and was absolutely abused what they ask only for filling a tooth... 166 euros... almost 3 times more than in any place in Europe. The doctors and the staff are really good and did everything to help me.

Doctor i visited was lecturing rather than talking about my case, didn't prescribe the real issue. Doctor diagnosed me without wearing a mask, like her breath was all in my face which was extremely disgusting and disturbing
Cipete branch doctors are way much better

I knew I'd come down with strep throat while in Jakarta so I called this clinic. They saw me within the hour, diagnosed me and filled my prescription on site. Could not have been easier and the staff was super friendly and the price reasonable.

Poorest service - recommend elsewhere

After treating me on 3 days of the week for severe diarrhea and finally finding parasites, they were reluctant to issue a sick certificate the week after (despite daily contact with doctors). This was an obscure, unilateral decision made by the staff and I was not able to speak to any doctor about this.

Furthermore, Staff argued with me about accepting CIGNA direct billing, which apparently will be phased out by 1 April 2016. CIGNA insured patients hence will have to pay upfront and claim afterwards.
