Been a member for more than a year, so far my favorite place to work out! Nice and clean place, friendly people, complete facility, and a lot of classes you can attend with fun instructor.

The best place to go gym!
This gym place has modern and very nice gym equipment. They are very comfortable to use especially for the first timer.
It is not as crowded as common gym places I have visited and the atmosphere is very good for your work out time.
Fitstop provides helpful Personal Trainers and powerful exercise classes which makes you want to go back again and again.

I enrolled on EMS session on January, which allows entry just for EMS without using other gym equipment. In February, they have a change of rules that you have to pay for gym membership on top of the EMS session to use it in BTPN.

The point i enrolled EMS which cost 1million for 4x20mins rather than paying gym membership that cost another 640k for 1 month usage means i rarely got time to do exercise. I would have to argue over it until they finally said since i bought in January i could still use the remaining 2x there.

Then i bought another package to use in EMS only studio in Setiabudi, but since with Corona situation they closed some facility and give "option" to freeze your account; yet, they have another regulation minimum 10 days left in membership to do that.

They seems to be very money oriented place with just putting a front face to "care".

I now stopped the membership for good, and will choose other fitness place that is not so money oriented and hopefully well-trained management.

The gym is quite new and thus the facilities are still in a great shape. The gym area is never too crowded, which is good so that you do not have to wait long to use the equipment. The classes are always full pack, and the trainers are great.

Be careful on their tricky way to get your money. I have asked to stop my membership since 6 months ago, but there is no action or follow up. I just realized few days ago that I still paid it for last 6 months! yes, partly it's my fault for not asking the PROOF of it (btw, this is what was they asked for without apolozing). So yeah, be careful guys!

Best gym place i've ever attend in jakarta. There's so many workout tools in this place and the bathroom is so neat. 5 stars for this placa
