Kalau mau mundurin bookingan 30 menit pasti dibatalkan alasannya penuh, tapi sering sekali saya disuruh tunggu 40 menit - 1 jam kalau jadwal saya treatment. Padahal saya sudah booking dari jauh2 hari dan sudah di iyakan oleh customer service nya. Poor service, better save your money for other place. Banyak juga clinic dengan harga dan mesin lebih baik, with better service!

Ini mba salesnya giliran nawarin paket aja getol banget, pas dibilang udah gak mau nambah paket ditanya sisa treatment apa aja dari tanggal 3 maret sampe detik ini tgl 17 maret kaga dijelasin juga... Mana sering banget yg diinfoin dapet bonus apa jadinya gak ada krn gak tertulis di invoice (saya udah treatment dari 2019 padahal dan udah beli macem'' treatment) kecewa banget...
