Today is my first time visiting this clinic. Two days before my arrival, I made an appointment for 9:00, and they informed me that the schedule was still available.
Less than one hour before my schedule, I was informed that there were patients who had made an appointment at 8:30, and offered me to retreat to 10 o'clock, even though my condition had arrived in front of the clinic.
After confirming with the registration officer, it turned out that the person at the agreement at 8:30 had not arrived, and I was promised that until 8:30 the person had not arrived, then I would be handled first. And it turns out that person arrived at 8:30 more, and immediately handled. I was asked to wait, and was informed that the patient was just a minute.
After waiting for more than an hour, the patient was not finished yet, and there was no confirmation from the clinic staff. Finally I decided to cancel the appointment, and the registration department tried to contact the officer in charge of the room, and was told they would take around 30 minutes, which would mean around 10:30.
After waiting patiently for 2 hours, there was no result. Very disappointed with the service.
