MRCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi is a nice and clean Hospital, it's comfortable too, they have great hospitality. A wide place also. But a bit cramped parking area. They have many dedicated doctors and nurses. Overall MRCC Siloam Hospital Semanggi is a recommended Hospital. Thank you.

This is a private hospital that known as cancer hospital. It’s located at the heart of Jakarta around Bendungan Hilir area. It’s close to Lotte Shopping Ave, Plaza Semanggi (under renovation nowadays), Aryaduta apartment, Sampoerna Strategic, etc. In the hospital itself there are some place to buy daily needs with reasonable prices. There’s a coffee shop and chinese food restaurant. My only concern is the working of the front desk. Today overheard a lady with her daughter complaining the waiting time around 3 hours (they come around 8 in the morning). My cousin who were there with his Dad suggest me to come in the night so they only focus on the emergency not the whole hospital.

As when you enter the lobby, the vibe is very positive, like you entering a mall not hospital. There is a coffee shop, mini market, restaurant, ATM center, conference room, many large parking area. This building has 36 floors. Inpatients wards located on the 30th- 35th floor. The PA system is in English, but however not all staff speak good English, even the doctor.
Doctor consultation costs around IDR 500K. admin fee IDR 60K. The medicine, if you choose to buy from their pharmacy is more expensive than other pharmacy outside. But usually they offer you either you will buy from them or other pharmacy. The whole building is very clean spacious and free from that common hospital smells. Even during pandemic, the staffs and doctor still dress normal, professional attire like in office, that again gives you vibe not to feel so sick or in hospital. All staff from the bell boy, admin staffs, secretary, pharmacist, nurses u0026 doctors are very friendly and attentive. They provide power bank rental for your convenient. So with all those facilities, no surprise that they come with high price tag. Hope this help

After 3 hours waiting, the room is not yet ready. But all the staff, nurses, and the doctors are very help full, experts, and kind.

Although the food cames little bit late, They serve various and delicious menu for the patient.

The Queue procedure at the check in/checkout counter are clear, so i am not worried for the lines. Just need some patience for waiting my turn. There are some busy hour so its need some extra patience for it.

And the important thing is the patient get recover after the treatment.

Check out on insurance takes more than 3 hours my doctor gave clearance at 12:30 pm but now it’s 15:20 I have not got my Medicean or letter to go out. Insurance has give clearance 1 hour back till now no response , nurse on duty is very rude.
Doctors are excellent but service staff and management is too slow. How can out going patient relax if they stress them out like this .

One of the best hospitals in central jakarta in terms of service given from their administration staff, doctor, to pharmacy, their queuing system was so easy to understand and their administration staff was so professional handling our inquiry about doctor schedule and payment, they also enforce us to use their unique and interesting feature like contactless checkin to make us no longer need to physically regist on the customer service counter

2022 update: inconsistent policies. For routine blood checks, the outpatient admin told me I can just go to the lab and tell them about the routine checks. The doctor told me the same. The lab refused and told me to have doctor appointment first everytime I want to have a blood check. Interesting how such a big name hospital cannot even create a consistent policy and only make life hard for patients.

RE: touchless check in. I applaud the hospital for trying to implement an app-based queueing/check-in system, but it's practically useless as you still need to physically go as early as possible and check in manually on the spot, and are still served on a first come first serve basis on some arbitrary list. It doesn't make things more convenient, only replacing the paper number with an app. The system itself is still the old waiting for hours until it's your turn system

Another update: apparently zero flow control to the elevators. No more social distancing as people just packed into the elevators. As if the pandemic never happened. Worse, people just laughed about it. The hospital should've been guiding the flow of patients, considering the limitation of elevators and access.

Another update: spoke too soon. Elevator broke down again. Wow, cannot even maintain their elevators working for more than a few weeks? Or cutting corners even in the middle if pandemic?
