came here to get hepatitis b vaccine. the doctor had no patient before me. was informed that the doctor took a break, and i waited for around 45 minutes. and then when the doctor came and check if im eligible. and then i had to wait more (around 20 minutes) because the admin did not even call the asuransi (what did she even do when i waited for 45 minutes). and after she done with the call. the doctor is missing again. so had to wait 10 minutes more. everything is slow here.. the line is not even much. patients only 2 to 3. and after the vaccine done, i had to wait 10 minutes more. i thought the waiting is done here, but apparently i had to wait more for the cashier. totally wont go back here.

The administration's lady is not very friendly but the nurses and the doctors are quite friendly. However the lift took forever, rather take the stairs. Overall, a decent hospital at kinda reasonable price

Dropping documents for closest one's dental appointment. They have so many sofas around the dental area u0026 main lobby. Lots of coffee and vending machine

Pretty good service and I think they also have reasonable prices. They also offer rapid and swab test but for working days only. You can check their web for more information.

Pharmacy services are much better than before,,
The doctors are polite,,
There is a big mosque in the scond floor in the other buildings,
The mosque is comfortable

The employees here is very slow. It is like they hate their job and work just for the sake of a monthly salary. The quality defenitely below standard. Everyone on the counter always on their mobile phone, despite a lot of customer around waiting.
I even need 20 mins just to do a single registration!
(It was personal, not insurance)

No wonder it got such low rating on google reviews.

But I do know there is several good doctor here so if you really want that specific doctor you already know about, you could come and bare with the condition.. but if you have the options, better find another hospital.

One of the worse service you can get in a hospital! The nurses and administrators were no help and just stare into space.

If they suggest something better to second guess it last time ot caused me hours.

Ps: they will ask for your religion and race!
