Nice Women and children hospital, clean place, have valet parking and new parking lot for car and motorcycle

Services mostly ok. Only sometimes it takes long time, perhaps the health insurance provider can not answer right away so hospital staff and us have to wait. Have to make appointment to meet doctor in advance. There is drug store near main entrance where we can take the medicines from the doctor. Staff that have to interact face to face with customers, including security, mostly are friendly.

Food can be bought in ground fl, main entrance turn left then right: kue basah, snack, lasagna. There are meal that can fill your stomach but no cafe and restaurant.

Toilets are clean, small mushalla in the parking lot area (this should be in a more spacious and better location). There are mini cars where kids can pretend to be driver in 5th or 6th fl, I forget which floor, where some are not in a good shape (can't run well because of the wheels stuck and others but they don't fix this).

Had the worst experience ever with the service of CS.
Very unpolite and not have a good attitude as a frontliner.
Very dissappointed on how they treated patient on whatsapp, not friendly, no greetings, slow response, and not helpful of what we need to know.
1st time i tried to reached them out by whatsapp to make an appointment, but the answers was not friendly aka JUDES!!
I’m worry about how if i’m become a patient here and giving birth here since i got a very bad experience on the very 1st time interact with.

Clean and nice hospital. Staff are friendly. Not quite sure about the price as might be premium. They have vaccination stands at lobby to the left..

today is our second visit to Brawijaya Hospital Antasari to have a regular kids dental check up with dr. Eka Shofiyah. we like that the hospital is not too crowded during this pandemic, fast service from registration to payment, good healthy protocols. When doing, dental check up, all nurse and doctor were using complete personal protective equipment and all equipment have been sanitized.

Very overpriced hospital for a small hospital. Even they show it like a premium one, but we have to prepare to spend much more money than other premium hospital around South Jakarta.
Doctor charge is 2x more expensive than other premium hospital around.

I got trapped also when I first came here by valet parking. That there is a parking space behind the building, no sign of valet parking, but when I enter the hospital security ask me for valet charge cost 50KIDR. Really?? I dont have choice to move my car, as I almost late for schedule with my doctor so I paid this. I dont give him also my car key.
Hello it's not valet parking work!

Praying room (mushola) is small in the basement. And basement parking space is only for doctor.

This hospital is recommended for everyone that want a premium look and feature and if you are not having problem with spend a lot of money for mother and child health.
But many other premium hospital around that has better service and will charge you fairly.
