I had test on Dec 24 and misplaced the hardcopy result. Came on Dec 25, clinic was actually closed, but there are people inside who helped me to get a reprint. Big thanks to PrimeCare.

Great place and ambience ..... but the service definitely needs improvement. Went here last Sunday and ....
1. The system was down at that time, so the staffs document everything manually.
2. Got my kids registered with the 4PM group, but ended up waiting for 2 hours until 6.30PM to see the doctor.
3. The staffs informed us it was because families/relatives to the doctor that needs to be lined up first. Well... we know it wasn't true because we know this doctor very well over the last 7 years, he won't do that :) especially later on we notice it was actually the clinic's owner. How do we know it was the owner, i checked the website :)
4. Because of these delay, we failed to go to the next dentist appointment for the kid.

Easy to access location, although their parking space is not that spacious, they have parking staff ready to help you.
They have almost everything you need, i did Rapid test, PCR test, Blood test and doctor visit in one day and i’m glad that they provide all of those services. They also have pharmacy store so you can directly buy prescripted meds there.
My only complaint is that they took a very long time to analyze my blood result (almost 1 day) i wish they can do it faster just like other clinic who did it in few hours.

Not the best one, been there for PCR test and they wrote my names wrong, while I was in airport waiting for the boarding, luckily the counter check in guys could understand, response are quite slow and they fixed it 2 hour later and Im already on board.

Great atmosphere, nice and soft material colors. Very welcoming. The building looks clean, modern, and proper.

Great clinic, good doctors and staffs, i think it would be better if there is a musholla (prayer room) in 1st or 2nd floor.
