My daughter bought her chihuahua dog in this pet shop. As she has gone to study in France it dalls to me to look after the dog. It is o.k. place to do grooming but they seemed to have become quite slow. The last time I went there to have grooming done...well, I put my dog at 1.00p.m. they said we can fetch the dog at 3.00p.m. So my driver cane around at 3.00p.m. the said dog was not even touched ????! I was quite upset when I heard that but what can I do. In the end I picked it up at almost closing time in which I have suspicions they have just finished!!!! So ... for me their service have gone down the hill????
